Overflowing wine, topnotch Japanese cuisine, one after the other, and premium, top-of-the-line wagyu was all on the menu when Manila officially welcomed Geisha: Modern Japanese Cuisine, the newest Japanese restaurant in town. It's located at BHS Centrale at The Fort (just on top of Jamba Juice) and it serves the yummiest Japanese food I've tasted so far. It doesn't hurt that everything is plated really well (LED lights, anyone? haha) and it's reasonably priced, too (for the quality, you would be surprised). Here are snippets from the VIP launch, to whet your appetite. The bonus? A mini geisha fashion show. :)
